How Should Your Tone Be Like?

1. Write in a friendly, approachable voice, like you’re chatting with a design-savvy friend.

2. Avoid overly technical jargon or academic language.

3. Use humor, anecdotes, or personal stories to connect with readers on a human level.

4. Ask questions to encourage reader interaction and spark discussion.

How Should Your Writing be Like?

1. All articles should have 800–2,000 words

2. Use Headings – H1, H2, H3 and so on to structure your content. Also, use Capital case for the headings.

3. Use the target keyword in the title, first para, last para and throughout the content wherever necessary. You can also use some related keyword variations for the same.

4. Add your Backlink in the last CONCLUSION Paragraph.

How Do I Format My Content?

– Use H1, H2, H3 & more headings to organize your content

-Keep paragraphs short and limited to 3-4 sentences.

-Always include an Introduction, Conclusion, Key Takeaways & FAQs

-Use your own Product Images / Project Images / AI Images only. (You can also ask us to create the relevant AI Images for you if required, but note that those’ll have your firm’s name & logo.)

-Run a SPELL CHECK compulsorily!

-Use transition words naturally (Obviously, Basically, Not Only….But Also, Although, Though, Despite, etc.)
